sylv3rblade Japan always gets the best of things, including internet speed. Compare Japan’s $.27/MBps speed to the Philippine’s $23/MBps and you get the very clear picture. Aside from arguably the best data plans in the world, there’s no bandwidth caps (unlimited upload / download) nor throttling involved and there’s wifi everywhere. *sigh*
