US authorities have instructed Sony to do a product recall after multiple reports of problems with regards to overheating. The recall affects more than half a million of its F and C series laptops sold since the start of 2010.

So how slim would you like your next netbook to be? Intel’s current offering for small computing devices AKA netbooks, the PineTrail line are usually housed in cases with thickness of an inch or less. Canoe Lake, the platform set to replace PineTrail is meant to slim down that size by half.

sylv3rblade Lets face it, the Adamo XPS is a fad. It’s a piece of work to look at sure but can it even pace with the competition (the Macbook Air)? No. The Dell Vostro V13 however, the Adamo XPS’s little brother, looks as if it hits the sweet sport of form, performance and price just right.
